Lots of Vit C and immune supporting herbs and mushies plus antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial 🧡💛❤️ Everything grown by me or foraged besides the Reishi, Tulsi, Elderflower, Calendula but organic and most grown in RI (the Reishi is from Oregon)
Brew 1tbsp per cup for best results let seep for 30min-4hrs
